Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.
To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
